These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Metro Streetwear ("we," "us," or "Company"), located at CA.

By browsing or purchasing on https://metrostreetwear.com/ (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Age and capacity

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you can legally enter a binding contract, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Activities we do not allow

• Illegal or unauthorized use of any kind (fraud, forgery, and similar)
• Harassment or abuse of our staff or other users
• Unauthorized access attempts or bypassing security measures
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission
• Reverse engineering any part of the Site
• Interfering with normal Site operation

Right to refuse service

We may refuse service at any time, including for suspected fraud, Terms violations, excessive chargebacks, abusive behavior, or use of VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions.

If you create an account, you are responsible for everything that happens under it. Keep your login confidential, tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access, and keep your details current. You are liable for charges made through your account.

Use a strong, unique password, never share it, and log out on shared devices. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a shared or weak password.

Accuracy

We describe apparel as accurately as we can: material, sizing and fit (see the measurements on each product page), design details, care instructions, and color.

Color variation

Availability

• Availability can change without notice.
• We may cap quantities per customer or order.
• Out-of-stock items may be backordered with your approval.
• Products may be discontinued or updated at our discretion.

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Prices can change at any time without notice; the price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
• Standard shipping is free; any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
• An order is accepted once we send a Processing or Shipping Confirmation email (see Order Acceptance below).

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order, issue a full refund of any payment collected, or offer to fulfill it at the correct price after notifying you.

• Order Confirmation: sent right after checkout.
• Order acceptance: happens when we send a Processing or Shipping Confirmation.
• We verify payment, stock, and billing details before accepting any order.

Orders we may decline

We may decline an order for suspected fraud, address verification issues, repeated declined payments, excessive disputes, suspicious ordering patterns, inventory errors, or any other reason at our discretion.

If we cancel your order

We will notify you by email with the reason, and any payment collected is refunded to the original method within 5-7 business days (your bank may take another 5-10 days to post it).

Accepted methods

• PayPal: pay directly with a PayPal account
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through PayPal, no PayPal account required

By providing payment details, you confirm you are the authorized user of that payment method and that your billing information is accurate.

Billing accuracy

Provide your full name, matching billing address, a valid email, phone number, and correct zip code. Inaccurate information may lead to order cancellation, delivery issues we are not responsible for, or account suspension.

What you pay at checkout

Your total includes the product subtotal, applicable sales tax based on shipping address, and any discounts applied. Standard shipping is free on all domestic U.S. orders.

Full shipping details, timelines, and carriers are in our Shipping Policy. In short:

• We are not responsible for carrier delays.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession.
• You are responsible for a correct delivery address.
• We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and standard P.O. Boxes via USPS. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

Full procedures are in our Return & Refund Policy. In short:

• 30-day return window from delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• No restocking fees.
• Refunds take about 3-4 weeks in total once we receive the item (inspection, processing, and your bank's posting time).
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items; customers cover other returns.
• We do not offer direct exchanges; return for a refund and place a new order.

Our Site may link to third-party services, including payment processors (PayPal), carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), and analytics platforms. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or privacy practices. Review their policies before using their services.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

We disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Metro Streetwear AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metro Streetwear from claims arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or any unlawful activity on your part.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder stays in effect.
