Which payment methods work here?
PayPal, plus major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Every payment routes through PayPal’s secure checkout, and a card works fine without a PayPal account.
Can I edit or cancel an order after checkout?
Reach out within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to catch it before fulfillment begins. Email [email protected] right away with your order number.
Is sales tax added?
Where required by state or local law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.
Shipping
How fast does an order arrive?
Handling runs 2-4 business days, then transit adds 4-6 more, so 6-10 business days total across the U.S. Full breakdown in our Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, no minimum spend. Any express upgrade, where offered, is billed separately.
Do you ship beyond the United States?
Not yet. We currently cover all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and standard P.O. Boxes via USPS. U.S. territories are not covered. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my package?
A tracking number lands in your inbox once your order ships, or check anytime on our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery on eligible unworn, unwashed items. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long until my refund shows up?
Once your return arrives, inspection takes 2-3 business days and processing 5-7 business days, then your bank needs 5-10 business days to post it (PayPal tends to be faster). All told, about 3-4 weeks from the day we receive it, plus the time it spends in transit to us.
Sizing & Fit
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size measurements listed on each product page. Between sizes? Sizing up usually gives the more comfortable, relaxed fit.
What if it doesn't fit right?
We do not run direct exchanges. Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, then order the size you actually need. See our Return & Refund Policy.

How should I wash these?
Unless the product page says otherwise, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low, or hang dry to protect the print and fabric.
Will colors match the photos exactly?
Close, but screens vary. Lighting and display settings can shift how a color reads, so treat product photos as a close guide rather than an exact match.
